HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZED REFRIGERATOR?

What storage capacity? What’s the best option for a single occupant, a couple or a family with children?

As a general rule, we recommend:
– less than 250 litres for one person,
– between 250 and 330 litres for 2 to 3 people,
– more than 330 litres for 4 people or more.

REFRIGERATORS

You are single: around 100 litres. With a refrigerator of around 100 litres, you will no longer need to do the shopping every day. And it will not be too cumbersome. Think of the freezer compartment: count 40 litres for one person.

If there are four of you in the house: count 300 litres. You need to count 300 litres for 4 people. In this way, you will no longer feel cramped with your fridge.

Do you need a large freezer space? You should prefer combinations.

On the refrigerators referred to as combination, the freezer part is located at the bottom. The capacity of this compartment is sometimes very large. This is useful if you like to prepare dishes in advance.
